1. Account Delivery & Activation: After cryptocurrency confirmation or receipt of wire instructions, connection credentials and EPG endpoints are delivered via email within 15 to 30 minutes. All setup guidelines must be followed to avoid connection throttling.
2. Connection Limits: Subscriptions are bound strictly to the active screen limit selected at checkout (1, 2, or 3 simultaneous screens). Attempting to bypass limits using multiple IP addresses concurrently will result in automated connection resets by our proxy encoders.
3. Forbidden Activities: Users are prohibited from rebundling stream links for public resale or commercial restreaming, unless enrolled under our official reseller credit packages.
4. Refund Policy: Because active connections reserve resources on our physical server clusters, refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of activation.
